Crossfading tracks on iPhone

Hi all, I have a playlist of songs on iTunes which I edited the start and stop times for the interesting parts, and then play back with crossfade.

When I sync to my iPhone 4S, it maintains the start and stop times. However, it doesn't crossfade and as a result, my playlist sounds rubbish! Is anyone aware of a way I can enable it without resorting to a 3rd party app?

Should do the job, I have the iPad version though but that has crossfade.

Sure if you go into iPod settings there is an option to fade in songs?

DJay is awesome. I have it on the iphone. Reminds me of Atomix from back in the day, but better!
