Had my HIS X1950 pro for few weeks now and thought i'd crossfire it.

Ordered another one which turned up today but its missing the crossfire cable bridge and there was also only one dvi converter in it.

Question is do ya need both crossfire cable bridges for the setup to work or is one enough as i did get one with my first card?

Yeah they only need the one bridge connector, the other connector on the card is so you can add a 3rd card for physics. :)

Im not sure, i can't see why it would matter though as the Havoc physics that uses a 3rd card is not done yet, so i suppose having the bridge connected to either connector should do the Crossfire, as you can run the Crossfire with 2x bridges as well. :)

but it will work perfectly fine with just the one, ok thanks loadsamoney, prob try and pick one up so i have a spare or an option for the physics, but as long as i'll be ok in the short term (for crossfire) thats good enough for me. thanks again.
