I have to use both my HD4890 cards on top of each other and the gap between the 2 is basically a barbs distance. So I got one of those bar thingys thats slides between the 2 if you know what I mean and I had a leak from the o ring seal??

Now I have purchased another one from a different place which came in a kit form that has both thread ends you screw into the block and then slide a tube if you like between them. Is this the only method available?? and has anyone else had issues with it?

This is the item in question

Because in the past I have just placed a tube between cards with the barbs but because there close I cant do that.

Any Suggestions

It looks very restrictive. What do your waterblocks look like? My sli one has four threaded holes, two of them are blocked off with plugs while in use. If it's similar, you could block off both holes on both cards which are facing each other directly, and run a longer near circular loop of tube between them.

I've got a couple of radiators that are mounted 75mm apart, connected together with two barbs and a roughly 60mm long piece of tubing. If they were closer I can't see this working. I take it you cant move the second card to a more distant pci slot either?

silly question but with the ek supreme block for the i7 am i correct to assume the middle of it has no liquid? as i am using black fesser and its got like a figure of 8 in the middle filled with black and then around the edge so not completly black is this right ?
