Crossfire advice please?

hi guys,

it is just as simple as fitting another card and then connecting the crossfire connector bridge thing and away you go?

whats the minimum psu ill need for it, heres a pic of inside of my case

Once the crossfire bride is added, once you boot up CCC should detect it and enable crossfire automatically. If it doesn't, just upon catalyst control centre and looks for the tab that lets you enable it.

It's easy as that. (Usually!)
 
As above, you need to install Cap's(latest game profiles/optimizations) as well, they are on AMD's driver page, latest one is 11.12 Cap 2:

CrossFire OC'ing is a mixed bag though, if you are leaving them on stock voltage and working within CCC limits, then your ok.

You need to 'disable ulps' If you want to add voltage to the second gpu, this can be problematic for some, especially on W8, for example, the system will hang if you open gpu-z, close it and open it again.

Ulps is also required for zero core to kick in, if you disable it, no zero core.

If you are on 1080p, I think it's a bit of a waste as it's total overkill-if you don't use 3D of course.;)

Be aware there is more work involved than single card mode.:)
