Crossfire and LED lights on PCB

Hello folks.

So for some reason the lights on one of my crossfired 280X just switches off when it goes into W7. Is there a reason behind this? (on boot up they are both on).
 
Nevermind I think I know why, one card is disabled (represented by the LED on the PCB being off). And then when needed, it turns on again indicating the card is being utilised. I think.
