Crossfire Driver Question

I've just ordered my 2nd HD4850 to complete my xfire setup.

I'm using the 8.9 drivers atm with no issues. When I install my 2nd card, would it be ok to just do that, or should I uninstall, clean and reinstall the drivers?

Cheers

I would just stick in the 2nd card. It should detect it and install drivers, then jsut restart.

Have done this plenty of times myself.

I would uninstall the drivers, go into safe mode, run driversweeper/cleaner, shut down pc, install second card, boot into windows and install drivers.

Shut down pc, put new card in. Reboot pc, Wait a minute while the screen goes black installing and detecting your device, then tick the box that says enable crossfire. Job done... Never did I think crossfire would be so easy to use.

Cheers for the info guys.
I'll just stick it in and see how it goes. Any problems I'll uninstall, sweep and reinstall.
