My 6950's only seem to run at 60-70% usage when gaming. Is this normal or should they both be maxed out @ 100% ??. Running a single 6950 it runs @ 100% usage.
 
I run at 1080p an everything on ultra running at around 45-80fps. Just seems like they should be running @ 99% all the time seeing as sometimes when im @ 45fps they're only @ like 60%. If i bumped up my cpu abit would it increase they're useage ?. Im using 11.10 and cap4

Have a look around im 99% sure there is an inbuilt tool in BF3 to show performance spikes relating to either CPU or GPU bottlenecks. Could show you where to start looking...
