Crossfire not always starting up

I have ticked the box that shows crossfire logo when a game starts, but
seems that the crossfire logo will start when it wants too, so when it does not kick in you keep asking yourself if you are in crossfire mode.

I can not get the crossfire logo to start up in Crysis at all and call of duty 5 starts with crossfire intermittently why is this so i thought crossfire was all sorted:confused:

Maybe its just the 8:12 driver, you always know when crossfire starts as you get a rolling screen then you go into the game this all very hit and miss.

I paid for so there for i want:mad:
 
Maybe if you use a FPS counter for the titles that are intermittent in displaying the CrossfireX logo, then you will be able to determine whether its intermittent crossfire or just the displaying of the logo that is.
 
well i do, i use fraps and i can see that crossfire is not working, but thank you for trying.

Final8y how do you get on with crossfire in cod4 as thats another game i can not get to work in crossfire??
can you try the logo thing to see if it comes up when you start cod4 thanks

in the ATI icon on the taskbar go to 3d settings and make sure catalyst AI is set to advanced

I have tried that, both in advance and standard I believe advance mode turns on advance frame render mode.
When i get cod5 working with crossfire it is sweet as, but i can not get cod4 to work crossfire
