Please remember that any mention of competitors, hinting at competitors or offering to provide details of competitors will result in an account suspension. The full rules can be found under the 'Terms and Rules' link in the bottom right corner of your screen. Just don't mention competitors in any way, shape or form and you'll be OK.

Crossfire question.

Nope 1GB.

Memory in CF (or SLI) is mirrored.

Both use AFR which means the cards render each frame in turn (one odd, one even) therefore they both have to contain all of the data required for the scene.

Yup it will.

You really would have thought that they would have figured out a way of combining the RAM so both GPUs especially on a duel chip card could access the same RAM, perhaps it is a physical restraint of the RAM technology used as we see Duel CPU systems also having two separate banks of RAM. However there also exists ganged and unganged modes for multi core CPUs so that they may access the RAM independently per core or together as a unit, weather doing this across two separate GFX chips would cause some issue with latency/timing sync or whatever, I don't know. (sorry just thinking to myself :P)
