Hi all,

I am currently running an XFX 6850 Black Edition card and it's good. As the newest cards are way too expensive I was looking to get a second 6850 for crossfire. However I can't find the exact same card anymore, but I did find the XFX 6850 Double D card. This has a slightly higher Clock speed then my current 6850.

So If I got this and put them in crossfire would my slower card drag this one down? and does it matter in what order they are placed in the PC? Or the other option is I could get this: http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=GX-204-XF&groupid=701&catid=56&subcat=1866 and if possible bring the clock speed of this up to the Black Editions?

Thanks for any and all advise.

Thansk for the info. My current card is clocked to GPU: 850Mhz. The card I posted is set to: GPU: 775Mhz so I should be able to overclock it within the Catalyst drivers control panel.

Looks like I know what I will be getting with my Birthday money :D
