Crossfire Second Card Overheating

Hey guys, i've got crossfire and my second card is overheating hitting 99c while my first card is hitting 60 at most. my second card has 1 fan while the other has 2 fans, should i swap these about? they both are HD 7870 :)

i have the CM Storm Trooper Case, i've got two 120 fans at the side. even at that the inside of the case is rather cool, which is very strange.
 
the second card is XFX 7870 2GB single fan ghz edition. first card is SAPPHIRE 7870 with two fans. my first card is the master with the HDMI cable in it.
