Can you sugest some crossfire boards for either AM2 or Core 2 please, these are my upgrade routes.
Would like 2 IDE ports, budget up to £100.
TIA

Will any 775 board take a core 2 cpu?

I've bought 2 X1950 Pro 512's, got one running just now, but second is keen to get started!

Can i ask Jamous how much did them two cards cost you altogether? and how long ago?
£119 +vat each and 2 weeks!
Yes maybe I should have went 8800, but I had only intended to buy one card, but the modder in me got the better so I bought another.
Why?

Geez I'm finding this difficult!
Looked at the ABIT board but looks like only one PCI slot, for me to use both my hard drives(ide) and both optical drives I need either 2 IDE ports or an extra PCI slot so I can use a raid card as well as my TV card.

Really can't find a board with what I'm after.
I do plan on moving to C2, but for the cost of a decent board, I may as well just get a 939 Crossfire board, though I'd like a x16 one.
Or maybe my original plan of going AM2 as I can get a board with what I want on in in that socket, but it means "side"-grading a bit. (was thinking 5200).

Thanks for the replies! Yes, screens look stunning, but I really stretched buying both 1950's so I don't think I'll be changing them now, besidees, I've done it now!!!

Can't seem to find a 775 board that supports Crossfire in x16 x2 mode, most seem 2 x8 or 1 x 16 and 1 x 4????

Yes! Thats what I thought.
So what I've done is returned the second graphics card so Crossfire isn't an issue now and it frees up my choice of m/b. I plan to see what happens with R600 before buying a DX10 card.
Any suggestions on m/b now! (lol)
