crossfire upgrade

Hi,

Has anybody upgraded from a 1900xt crossfire setup to a 3870xt crossfire setup on here? Did you notice much of a difference?

Considering upgrading my twin his 1900xt crossfire setup to a dual 3870xt crossfire setup, as the ati card prices look very tempting at the moment.

Don't, wait a couple of weeks, as the 3870X2 (2x 3870's on the one card) is coming out, and they should be a lot faster than Dual x1900's.

Hmm... that looks a massive, noisy beast. Not sure I'll be able to use crossfire x or whatever the twin dual card system in called on my asus A8R32MVP socket 939 board? My 700w psu probably wouldn't cope either.

Twin 3870's would simply be the same as I have now (possibly quieter) just with better cards.

Besides - I would probably hazard a guess that initially the 3870x2 will probably cost the same if not more that two 3870's (well, if they stay low as they are now )?
