Crossfire Water cooling help

Hi I have just bought a second 5870 and was hoping someone could point me in the direction of a compression fitting that fits in between both cards apposed to having 2 fittings and a peice of tubing.

I hope these exist otherwise I guess I dream it.

well the best are manufacturer specific and relatively easy to find
