Am thinking of crossfiring my 5870. do i have to use the same one. like xfx, asus, shappire, his, and so on. Or can you mix ?

Will crossfire be limted by my cpu (Q9650-4.1ghz)

Crossfire should perform quite well with that CPU, if there is any bottleneck it will be minimal.
should be fine because Q9650 @4.1Ghz is decent processor as well.
