After making the switch I've come across a problem. I'm trying to install tomtom 3 onto an old ipaq using my mac and crossover but keep getting a message that its unsupported software. Has anyone got any ideas or pointers, i never used crossover before so I'm not sure if its me or it genuinely wont work.

I'd be quite surprised if you get the Tomtom software to work using Crossover, much better to use a virtual machine of some kind, either VMWare, Parallels or Virtualbox. Only the latter of those is free.
