That is understandable though, because of TFT's size/weight they are much more attractive to retailers due to storage/transport costs. I bought a 17" TFT for my dad last year and it literally turned up flatpacked with one of those plastic handle things at the top, it was like a briefcase.
I'm a diehard CRT fan, but I can understand why the industry has gone down the route it has. Most people are happy buying TFTs, especially as their sleeker design is more appealing to the ever-increasing number of 'casual' PC users.
What I'd like to see would be a world class 22" CRT with a 144khz+ horizontal frequency and 0.2 dp or below, priced under £350 inc VAT and delivery. I had to downgrade from a 19" to a 17" last year and am itching for the 'perfect' CRT to upgrade to, if the price is right
