Hi all,
I just wanted to ask something, would anyone be interested in a 30" CRT monitor, picture provided.

Its from a video wall normal monitor connection max rez 1024 x 768
Only two problems
1 dead pixel near center (definetly not noticable when using atleast to me or wife)
sometimes it gets abit of colour wash when moved or just turned on like if a magnet is close (its not the speakers) degausing it fixes it.

There is some conditions.
1)It may take 3 months+ (probably a lot less) before its ready to be picked up.
2)Trust as in i'm giving this as a gift i'd prefer it didn't get stuck on ebay etc.
3)Its heavy, no really I mean its REALLY heavy, between 60kg and 100kg, yes its that heavy metal case, huge tube, whoever comes to pick it up needs a van or estate (or a car with good suspension) and 2 people, I can't help move it, back problems (it has hand holds on either side)
4)We are in stoke on trent england pretty close to OCuk so you need to be able to come.
If more than one person wants it i'll do some kind of random draw on msn webcam or something lol.

Hoping this isn't against any forum rule
 
ooooh VERY tempting... how deep is it bud? Only live about 40 mins up the A50 :)
Pencil me in as a definately maybe.

I had a dead pixel on my old 15" CRT that came with my IBM Aptiva in 1998. Flipping annoying that was!
 
Does anyone know of a way to contact this person? lol
Last post was the one starting this thread, I sound desperate but would really like this big old thing :D
 
hi, my apology the router died I just ordered a new one from OC.

If you want it dr sarf its yours once we have the new setup finished :)
