CRT monitor repair? (Scotland)

Probably not much chance, but figured I'd give it a try. I've got an IBM p92 I would love to get repaired, but it's far above my capabilities. I've managed to determine that it is most likely the deflection IC
CXA2043Q / IC / SURFACE MOUNT / 1 PIECE (qzty)

Would hate to throw the monitor out, but I think the odds of me finding someone who can repair it are quite slim. It's a great monitor otherwise. I would just buy another CRT if I could find one, but it's very difficult these days.

If this type of post isn't allowed, feel free to trash it. Ideally in Scotland or North of England.
 
What's led you to this conclusion? Purely out of curiosity.
Mostly from speaking to more knowledgeable people. It's a common fault on these monitors. Hard to show what it's like in a photo, but if you notice how it's wavy.

You'll likely be better off trying to find a TV repair shop that used to repair the older TVs.
