looking to purchase for budget pc

e4300
Gigabyte GA 965P S3

will Crucial Ballistix 2GB (2x1GB) DDR2 PC2-5300C3 667MHz Dual Channel Kit work ok with this set-up.

It will work fine. Should get you to 3GHz and keep the fsb and ram at 1:1 ratio
