Nope the software support isn't there yet.
However you can do this !. If you have another PC with DDR3 memory you can install the Tracers into that motherboard and the run their LED tool. Then you can change the LED setup to the one you like and save it.
Then you can take out the RAM and put it in the X79 system and the LEDs will work like you programmed them for
That's the only fix I know of so far
