Crucial Memory

I beilive the Cell Shock Memory uses Microns. Unfortunately thats the only 6400 Ram that does :( on the Overclockers.co.uk anyway.

The if you go down to 5300 the crucial stuff does Then theirs a hole list from the link that nightic gave you :)

Does all of the 6400 Corsair Ram that overclockers sell are they all the Promo ICs?

I cant really refer to that list i dont know all the revisions

sorry to be a bother but do you know why certain micron chips are highlighted red and others in green?

The ones in red are discontinued.

The ones in green (Micron D9GCT, D9GMH, D9GKX) are the current production versions.
The D9GCT, D9GMH & D9GKX are in fact physically the same product, only given their codes after 'binning' (the process of screening the individual ICs to grade them by how well they perform) by Micron.

from what i've seen it looks like PC5300 might actually be a better option for an overclocker (like myself) than PC6400. Since I'm only on DDR1 I know boards only clock up to 200mhz.. how do the DDR2 Boards tag up the ram, i assume they just add a higher memlimit?
