current VCDS reports my Vw Scirocco Preface lift 2014 has the steering wheel module : 5K0 953 569AG OEM fitted
with a Highline mdf

I have bought this Stalk : http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/VW-GOLF-V-VI-PLUS-SCIROCCO-JETTA-TIGUAN-TOURAN-INDICATOR-STALK-CRUISE-CONTROL/262349240386?ssPageName=STRK:MEBIDX:IT&_trksid=p2060353.m2749.l2649

VW PART NUMBER: 1K0953513A

Shows that it is compatible with my car and as far as im aware all vw cars past 2006 has the pin 13 diagostic wire from module to ecu already fitted...

my problem is the cars OEM slip ring,
Im not sure its compatible if i have a compatible steering wheel module for cruise control coding via vcds
and compatible stalk to fit
would the cars OEM slip ring be compatible ? or would i need a new Slipring and if so could someone tell me what part number i need thats compatible or a link to the part

thanks.

sounds like a lot of hassle.
find it hard to believe that a car of such value does not come with as standard.

why not just do this ?

Hi mate thanks for the help unfortunatly that model slip ring is not compatible with my car as my car is : VW Scirocco 2014 137, 138 [2009-2017] Coupe 2.0 TDI.
and that slipring is only compatible with :

Compatible Models*

VW Jetta 2011-2013 MK6
VW Golf 2010-2013 MK6
VW Golf Plus 2010-2012
VW GTI 2010-2013 MK6
VW Eos2011-2013
VW Touran 2011-2013
VW Scirocco 2010-2013

As you can see the VW scirocco 2010-1013 models those models where midfacelift i have a late facelift model 2014-2017

if you can help more that would be great....
