Thought I'd write one of these just to motivate me and give me a right kick up the ass!

Started lifting again 2 weeks ago yesterday with stronglifts in my "home gym"
I'll get pics up later but i think i have the weirdest home gym lol

Originally started lifting in june 2010 as a way too lose weight and feel better about myself, I trained constantly up till about april 11 and then had loads of setbacks, change of living situation, injuries. etc

But i'm back wanting to get strong again, my only goals atm are to match my PBs and lower bodyfat (way too high atm)

Bench 62.5(+) Squat 115(+) Deadlift 120(+) -------- [78]

Im at least 15 kilos heavier now which is awful but gonna change!
I'll add last nights workout when i get home :)

Workout B 31/02/13
Stronglift session 8

Started with a bit of mobility work with a roller and some stretching.

Squat: 20x5, 30x5, 40x5, 62.5x5x5
OHP: 20x5, 25x5, 32.5x5x5
Deadlift: 60x5, 70x5, 80x5

Felt great doing the OHP, can see me struggling if I did push it up to 40kg or so though :/


One thing though as I finished my session by about 8 it was time for dinner so I just ate straight away instead of a protein shake, I've been finding myself doing this more and more now due to my timings.

Is this killing my gainz ? :p
