Hi all,
So I have finally gotten round to installing my Cryorig A80 AIO to my Ryzen CPU after receiving the Type D upgrade kit a few months ago. However; there is a problem, when I screw in the supplied 4 screws to the motherboard back plate, the back plate no longer sits flush to the underside of the motherboard, there is at least a 2mm gap underneath each screw.

I was wondering if someone else has installed one of these to a MSI B350 Tomoahawk motherboard that could offer assistance?

I wondered WTF was going on as well when I fitted mine too lol
Confession time: I didn't work it out at all, I seen a post on Reddit where some guy was having the same problem. I have to say, this lil beauty is working like a charm. Got my 1600x overclocked to 4Ghz and idling at 28c. I could probably attempt to push it further but experience tells me I WILL break it, because that's just what I do lol

what voltage do you need to get to 4.0ghz? the difference between 3.9 and 4 for me was huge (1700 though). didn't see the point of running it at 4.0
I just whacked it in at 1.4v ala Paul's Hardware guide on Youtube. Overclocked my memory to 3200 from 2133 too just using one of the X.M.P profiles. Everything seems fine so far.

Under stress using AIDA64 the CPU hovered around 60c, I couldn't seem to find the VRM temps. Also note that the ambient temperature in my room is really warm as it's like a greenhouse in here!

Ah right well according to CPUID Hardware Monitor my mainboard temp levelled out at 78c during stress test. No idea if this is a good temp or not. Again; in a cooler room temperature it wouldn't be as high as this, I assume anyway.
