Can it be downloaded as a stand-alone package or do you have to play it through an online client all the time, like you do with steam.

I saw this advertised on eurogamer this morning. I remember watching a mate play it a while back and it looked okay, well worth £2

Is it really that bad ?

Ive got it but I only played it for the first 15 or so minutes. One minute I had a wrench to hit enemies then the next thing I didnt and kept getting killed so I gave up on it.

I intend to play it sooner or later just got too many games on the go at the moment.

I must say though I heard that it really has good Graphics but that chain wrapped round your hand looks Meh.

It's not bad. Infact I think it's great. More of a thinking/problem solving game though, so the sort of folk that love blasting their way through games like COD, being told where to go, what to do and when to do it, will naturally hate it.

It's a good game, but only if you've got decent hardware. On my GTX 460 using the highest shader model renderer it runs fine, drop it down to shader model 2.0 and it's a slide show. My old 8800 GTS 512 could barely run it.
It's not a multicore game, so shows no performance increase on dual or quad cores.

Would have been an excellent game had it not been plagued with performance issues. It should run much better on current hardware though so i'd say it's definitely worth a purchase.

i think i gave up on it when it was released had few bugs , probably sort it now good looking game very hard to shoot when u are freezing
