Crysis 2 DX11 issues!

Hi i have bought Crysis 2 recently through Origin, its updated to V1.9 and i downloaded the DX11 and Hi-Res Texture pack.
I Just bought a Gigabyte 7970 WindForce card, when i enable the DX11 in game i get parts of the maps corrupted!
I can go outside and th whole fllocan be black then bits of textures appear, i thought it migh be the Hi-Res pack but no i tried unistalling the game and packs but stil does the same, i am using the 12.7 beta.

1 - Remove the beta drivers and go back to something like 12.4 and see if that helps
I had problems with the beta drive but for me was in skyrim health bar would move around changed back to 12.4 and it all worked again

2 - If that didn't work go on microsoft site and make sure that ur direct 11 drivers are on and havn't be damaged somehow

3 - If none of that worked uninstall the game totaly and reinstall but without patching or anything and see if it works

Hi I will try the 1st 2' but I have tried the 3rd option I mean I can turn dx11 off in game and it's fine but that defeats the point as I would like to use it.
