Crysis 2 graphics glitching.

Hi guys,
I was wandering if anyone has had the same problem that I'm currently getting on Crysis 2. I'm not sure if it could be something to do with it being the latest patch as it has suddenly started to happen but am not sure if/when the game updated itself.

The issue is mainly seen with the weapon textures but also sometimes get what looks like really crappy draw distance ala GTA3.

specs are:
Q9550 @ stock
GTX470 @ Stock
Win 7 Pro
275.33 Nvidia Drivers

I've read somewhere about someone using the 275.50 drivers but assume they're beta as I canne find them on the nvidia site.

Ive noticed if I rank the settings too high for my rig, and try to play as normal, rather than dropping the FPS all the way down (still drops a bit mind), the consiole seems to register failures to load certain textures etc, and things become less sharp. Not anything as bad as in the pic though but still a thought.
