Different I appreciate, but in the first game once the aliens arrived it kind of lost some of its appeal to me. However, if it translates well in delivery then all well and good.

Looks awesome. These aliens seem less frustrating than the ones in the original. They were so fast and hard to hit sometimes. I'm hoping it plays as well as the original

It was always going to steer to sci-fi I felt, with the nano suit. Just plowing through humans isn't very fun, at least the alien race will be a challenge in a different respect.

Plus it allows them free reign on story telling.

I kind of like them, augmented themselves to be able to destroy other planets. Just like the nanosuit, except the planet destroying part.

The best bit of Crysis in my view was sneaking up on North Koreans. Notice how these 'armoured' aliens look and act.....just like the North Koreans :-P

It does but it doesnt continue the plot with the characters from the first two games.
