Crysis 2 + Windows 8 + MaLDoHD

Ok so im running crysis 2 with this amazing mod and it looks stunning, unfortunately im using windows 8 and for some reason my fps will not go higher than 62 where as it did on w7. Anyone got a fix cause its annoying me to no end!

No vsync enabled ingame or in cp.

Also because of w8 i cannot use the highest aa setting with the mod. If i do all i get is a tiny screen, annoying!

Please help.

is this the very newest version ? a new version of the mod was released few days ago

Im using 4.0. I sure its the latest one released.

Its weird, even though it runs at 62 fps it looks quite choppy. Would like it to go higher though.

From the modder :

If you are using Windows 8, you must avoid two highest values for antialiasing in Config Tool. Those modes use SMAA injector through SweetFX. A lot of users have reported "uknow resolution" problems with this injector in Windows 8. I can't find a fix because I don't have W8.

There must be a config file i can alter. Ill have a look and see what happens.
