Crysis 3

Hi, I've just started playing Crysis 3 amazing may I add
however I'm running it on very high which I believe my
PC is capable of however I'll be at 60 FPS then it will
randomly drop down to 30 and almost lock there for a
couple of seconds then resume it's odd

Any ideas?

No, turn the settings down, single cards struggle on very high settings.

Switch off msaa, motion blur and set shadow detail from high to medium and see what that brings, maybe drop lens flare too.
