i think that after them hideing so much of the gameplay and what it all about from the public, we will all be either blown away or dumbfounded by the story lol

Yes, the game ships with Sandbox2, the CryENGINE2 version of the Far Cry editor.
Like its predecessor, it will be supported on www.Crymod.com
