When crysis was just released, someone posted a config file to make it look good....

Anyone have it to hand?

Yeah, and they got it on high/very high with say an 8800gt and looking great.

I loved the game till i got to that stupid floating level :( It reminded me of half-life 1 and when i had to go to the alien planet/levels

I liked it but there was plenty of dumb moments in the game, like koreans drowning the instant they hit water, yet it was entirely possible to chuck them off a 100 foot ledge and watch them get back up after hitting the bottom, other times you could grab them and toss them twice not using strength mode and that would always kill them.

They put this big emphasis on physics yet the nuke launcher had zero effect on trees, all it did was generate these big stupid chunks of rock that disappeared the minute they touched the ground.
