Crysis demo graohics corruption

I'm not able to see anything really, just flashing grey/white triangles filling up the screen.

This is an ok shot of a grey flash, I couldn't get a pic of the red flashes but they appear in the same way (on the terrain).

Pretty much whats happening to mine then :<

I've tried running everything how it wants, application controlled. And it still did it. Reinstalled the 7.10 drivers, and the .9, .8 too... same thing. I even tried the omega drivers and it didnt work. I've tried running without tray tools running but i still get the same problem.

Bloody annoying!

Have you tried enabling Geometry Instancing? Worked for me.

I've tried it with and without in both the game and ati tray tools with no luck

I got it working!

Basically, i went into ATI Tray tools options, and stopped it from loading with windows. The restarted the computer, worked straight away

I think its because when tray tools starts, it sets certain settings for any 3D application... one of which crysis didnt like. So stopping it from starting stopped the conflict

Knew it was something to do with tray tools...

The Crysis Hotfix driver fixes this issue for me

I've managed to get this going. But only because I had a hard disk failure and reloaded XP and everything else from scratch and it now works. Once I finished the demo I might play with the settings to see if I can make it fail again.
