Crysis gfg fixes?

can anyone tell me where to get some sos i can boost my gfx performance without sacrificing visual quality

also, which is best, which isn't etc...

Keep Shader on high. Everything else on Medium will suffice Although you might be able to cope with all settings on High (not sure how a 3870 compares to my 8800GTX).

aha... thanks . i can pull off all settings on high with my card, but i get in the low 20s as average...
