Crysis help needed

Have just destoryed the crusier in the harbour and it said i have to defend against air units, however while i was taking out the guys around the crusiser i took 1 shot with the rocket launcher at a heli that was attacking me, then it buggered off, im assuming thats the heli i need to destory to complete that bit, only thing is i cant reach it with any weapons

Ive been following that green dot, but im sure thats the chopper in the screenie and it isnt comming down for me to shoot at, so in other words its real annoying

If theres a marker on your map thats the target you need to head to not a dot in the sky.

Like ive said ive been following the green dot even when it went out into the water, i jumped in and swam after it theres nothing there, just that lone chopper in the air.

Go back to a slightly earlier save?

Yeah its bugged. You need to kill that chopper.

Thats a bummer espically since i saved over my last save and deleted all those auto saves

Why would you delete your autoaves?

Crysis has bugged for me also, on the last mission the VTOL wouldn't come in to pick me up, just hovered out to sea doing nothing. All it took was a reload though.

I had exactly the same problem.... Its just an amaturish bug... You will find there are more errors like this later on in the game too....

I just started the lvl again and rushed thru it, now im getting attacked by floaty aliens and its annoying, they wont stay still

I have to say that I played through and completed the game on Delta and to my knowledge I encountered very few actual bugs ... well at least not ones which meant I had to re-start the level !

Yeah the single player was fine for me too. Its the multiplayer bugs which are a pain for me.

Sorry to bump an old thread but this just happened to me on my replay of the game.

No sign of the chopper, the VTOL's are hovering but won't land, just the music looping round and round. Guess it's restart the level time!

Further to the above - restarted the level and played out correctly.

However...

Same thing happened on the next stage, where you need to clear the landing zone by the crusher. Eliminated everything, even went down the hill aways to start clearing the next section but the level will not finish. Now restarted that again but what's tedious is having to go right back to the beginning, not just that particular stage.
