Crysis help

I am stuck on crysis on the second chapter (recovery) i have just finished the part where you save the girl and have to destroy 2 tanks. Then you have to proceed to prophets location (this is where i am stuck) i have got to the location on my map where the green marker is, and there is a dead guy with ice in his back but nothing is happening and i can not go any where if i go one way i end up back where i came from and the other way leads to a waterfall witch is a dead end.
What am i supposed to do ?

Spoiler Alert:

You need to cross the river at the waterfall and use strength mode to jump up the rocks.

yup follow the river starting at the waterfall.
