Crysis issue with 4870?

Something really odd, ive got no option for 1900x1200 res, but 1900 x 1080 is there but if i select it says video mode is not supported (yes i have a 1900x1200 lcd ) its flying in dx10 mode on very high and looks fine but where could the option go?

using the 8.6 hotfix drivers and 1.21 patch

Has it not got a config file you can maunally change the res in, like you used to do for Fear.

You can add the res you want to the end of the Command Line :-

taken from the TweakGuide.

Command Line

You can implement any console command, as well as a range of custom commands, via the command line. The way to do this is to right-click on your Crysis launch icon, select Properties, and one blank space after the last character in the Target box, add your command with a plus sign in front of it.

so for your res, i guess it would be :-

"C:\Program Files\Electronic Arts\Crytek\Crysis\Bin32\Crysis.exe" +r_width 1900 +r_height 1200

Worth a try i suppose.

Lol at Crysis it isn't a bad game but there are so many performance issues and that. Warhead can't come soon enough
