crysis maximum edition

just got crysis maximum edition and patched it to v 1.2.1.

is this running direct X 9 or 10 ?

my specs:

windows 7 64bit (SP1)
i7 2600
8 gigs ram
GTX 560ti.

is there a direct X 10 patch? i cant find one.

You set the version in the settings tab ingame, pretty sure you do.

had a look m8 and theres no option.
i think that was in far cry?
