crysis patch save game wont work

i installed the patch but my save games wouldnt work they loaded up either with a black screen with just the sound or each save would load up the same screen and i had about 50 save games. i then deleted my save games and tryed again with new saves but still have this probelm i now havent any save games and have to start all over again this dosent bother me just i cant play with the patch and contiune with saves.the patch has improved my system a lot so i want to keep the patch anybody else having these problems

i hope its ok to create a new thread when there is a thread already relating to the patch my apolgies if it isnt.

I had the exact same problem, uninstall/reinstall fixed it for me.

same problem, my save loaded but then the script is like bugged and it stays there doing nothing. Reinstalling the game ? erf thats boring
