Crysis Problems

Seem to have a problem with Crysis. Last time I played it about 18 months ago, I had no problems at all. Thought I would give the game another go, and now I get a glitch whenever I cloak and uncloak. Everything else is fine, have tried different drivers for my 8800GT and have tried reinstalling the game but no luck. Anyone else have this problem?

I've tried the 186.08, 185.85, 182.08 and 181.22 drivers and the problem remains. Temperature in game is 76 degrees C and 63 degrees @ idle
