Crysis warhead deauthorization on steam

Is this possible, thinking of replacing my hard copies while they are on offer but want to be sure warhead can be de-authorized like the retail versions can.

Don't you just use the Deauthorisation tool the same as retail? (Not tried it myself)

As far as i know, Crysis warhead comes with a revoke tool.

I had the same question back last year when Warhead was on sale on steam

from what i found it you CANT revoke the activation on the steam version of warhead
i know the retail version has a tool but it wont work on the steam version

in the end i just kept my retail versions

of course things might have changed as looked it up over six months ago
