Crysis warhead refresh problem

Having an issue with Crysis Warhead in DX10 where it is defaulting to 24hz refresh rate instead of 60hz. Tried refreshlock but does not work. I can get it to work if I Alt-Tab and then set refreshrate in refreshlock but when I go back to the game it is windowed. I change to fullscreen then back to 24hz.

Any advice plz.

you running it on a hdtv?

Yes HDTV at 1080p on Vista

If works fine DX9 but using DX10 sets 24hz

Probably a driver problem, what GFX card have you got?

yep sounds like a driver or tv problem, most likely driver if its fine on dx9

try updating to the latest drivers, i guess it could also be the tv switching to the wrong mode 1080p/24 instead of 1080p/60 for some reason on dx10, do other dx10 games run ok?

Have you not been reading the threads ?.

If you bought it from a E-Tailer then you can get games up to 2 days early.

DX10 is stuck to 60HZ and that's on a CRT, you can force it with Refreshlock if DX9 (weird as you can force both in Crysis).

I get a sore head and my Menus are hard to nav as the mouse pointer does not line up with the buttons I'm trying to press (this is due to the HZ).

UPDATE: Sorted the refresh problem had to reinstall graphics drivers then refreshlock worked played at 60hz no problem after that.

Great game BTW.
