sounding awesome, 1 week to go. eurogamer are usually bang on with their reviews in my experience

Man, a grenade launcher in Crysis. This alone reels me in like a triple-****** h**ker.

Two 9+ out of 10 reviews is pretty good going so far.

Just checked and indeed that's where I got it, £15 not £17

My PC shoudl run it fine at 1920x1200 on Enthusiast gfx mode then yayyy!

Would appear from reading above reviews they have optimised the engine very well indeed, + improved multi player modes & support, im sold.

Warhead manages to address practically every issue players had with the original game.

The original Crysis may have given you the basic tools, but Warhead allows you to really use them, and while its previous titles made it clear that Crytek knew technology like few others, it's this strange off-shoot Warhead that proves it's no slouch when it comes to level design and set-pieces either.
