Crysis Wars DX9 Gfx Mod for Better fps

I've seen and heard of plenty of mods for moaking the game look better and run with greater fps.
But I just can't find any for Dx9 : /
I could really do with that 10fps promised by these mods but it just isnt possible on xp!

Does anyone know of any for Dx9? (with instructions
