Crysis won't patch?

Crysis won't patch / won't install

Installed patch 1.1 everything went fine. Installed patch 1.2, everything seemed to go fine but It still says 1.1 in the bottom right when I go into the game.

Re-downloaded, re-installed, re-started multiple times.

Any ideas? I was hoping to go through the game a 2nd time on Delta with all the patches added.

Any help much appreciated

Reinstall the game and then just add the 1.2 patch. Some people had problems upgrading from 1.1 to 1.2

Ok, so went to install it and I get this:

It then just closes.

What is that all about - I'm not trying to setup AC97 drivers. :/
My motherboard doesn't even use that anymore...

Ok, so I've fixed the above problem - and I've done a complete clean install but it still won't patch to 1.2. It still shows 1.1.1.615 in the bottom right corner of the menu. I've checked the know work-arounds sticky on the Crymod forums:

But I don't get an error message or anything - it seems to install fine.
