Crystal Windows Double Glazing

They certainly look solid as a company.
 
We had their windows, front door and French doors into the garden fitted in 2001 and never regretted it for a moment. Had a number of window catches replaced FoC during the 10 year warranty that we'd damaged without any quibbles.

Just selected them again to replace the French doors under house insurance after a break-in and upgraded the front door out of my own pocket as they've improved the construction and locking systems over the years.

Very professional company from the sales person providing the quote down to the installation team fitting them.

I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.
 
Wow thanks! Was recommended them by our new neighbours, but wanted to get an idea before splurging 8k+

Out of curiosity how did you get those figures maccapacca?

My job entails credit checking sub contractors before we give out sub contract works. For a window company that's very very good, most are one step from insolvency.
 
My parents used them replace the double glazing in 2009. They have never been happy with the quality of the work, Crystal, to their credit, come out every year to repair various issues with their windows and door but they have never managed to fix anything that does not break again within 12 months.

For example, the front door has been replaced twice as the frame arrived warped and would not close flush.

Tbh I've only asked for a quote for the following:
X 2 bay windows with equal sight lines and lead square finush
X2 windows single
X1 double window
X1 door With lead square finush
Edit : A++ rating couldn't quite remember the rest but they were in par to the everest windows

This came to approx £6.5k
I'm now tempted to just do the whole house I suspect it will be 8k plus as it involves x3 more single windows. Depending on quite may do back patio doors.

Hmmm mixed reviews but certainly more positive than
Anglian/everest and albion

Can't remember the everest ones exactly but remember there wasn't all that much between them.

Had them install my Windows back in April.

I have needed them return a couple of times for some minor issues but nothing major, would use them again if needed to in the future.
 
have used Crystal Windows for a few of my properties and have been excellent every time and competitive on price. Excellent after installation service. About to get the. to do some more work. Would recommend.
