CS FPS + More

Before I reformated my computer I had CS installed. I put in a code in the ` box ingame which then bought up my FPS, but it wasnt just that it had the ms onm my connection and a graph on loss packets. It showed up on the bottem right hand corner of the screen

Any ideas how to get it back?

Theres another briefer command also, something like showfps 1 or drawfps.

That displays in top right though and its usually choke that screws my game nowadays
