CS:GO beta keys?

They're like gold dust. Your one of the many thousands who still wants one. I wouldn't hold your breath.
 
Seriously OP, all you have to do is get a steam rating of 10. I was playing a mixture of wargame and saints row for ages, then one day i got a message to say that i had the beta. Steam gave me Dota 2 also.

I did fill out the survey months ago too so i don't know if that effects the key process too.

Thats how i got mine, i had a steam rating of ten and i searched the net about it and apparently Steam give keys out to top steam players every so often. just keep your rating up to 10 and your in for a chance next time they give them out, you could just leave your game on the menu screan i suppose and it still adds to your play time, thats if your busy and want to do something else.
 
I believe I got into the CS:GO beta by being honest about my KPD ratio.. (it's less than 0.5 btw). My ratio is slightly better in CS:GO, but the bots are pretty brutal, often headshotting you for a passtime.

I got a Dota 2 key pretty early in the beta and my steam rating is poop. I doubt the reason for getting a key is to do with steam rating, i think its more luck based or the way you answered the survey or hardware testing requirements etc.
 
Ok as far as gaming goes I have pretty much been living under a rock...but is this the next counter strike? :o
 
I would like to add that i have a key and its in use.... Sorry :cool:

I have plenty of cool mates who decided i was such an amazing person they gave me a key :D

I got a dota 2 key early to :(, then gave the extra 2 i got to friends, wish id of kept one for a chanc eto trade with someone for a cs:go key now lol
