Yeah not sure why I bet so big on Nip, as just have a feeling they will be in the final, apparently theyhhave been really strong in practise the last few weeks and as everyone is saying they have been preparing big time for ESL One. I do fear Cloud9, especially after that comeback against Titan, the power of the comeback and all that. *Edit. Hiko aswell of course.
Got Twitter TV on the big screen with my feet up for the day. Brilliant stuff so far. :)

Unlucky on that bomb defuse by GMX, all go in my favour though :D

I was quite proud of the double AWP kill I got, usually suck with a sniper. by the looks of it the crouch fire is very effective, I must start trying it, I just have this ingrained compulsion to A,D,A,D,A,D!
 
Stupid question as I only started with CS Lounge the other day, you do get better returns on closer bet games do you not?

if you want to spaw to C9, you can. You can add guns to your bet but not remove.

5-0 dig! My bet ain't big but I always hate losing :D

Yes, I remember it. I suck with the awp too. You need to be steady when you shoot and move after. I tend to move just when I shoot, which changes the patch of my bullet. Same with the ak really, but with the AK you can spray, you can't with the awp.

Yes. You can see the odds before you bet.

The value is how much the team is quoted. 0.96 for 1 is how much returns you will get per 1 value item you bet. 13.27-13.74 is how much you win if your bet is successful. It is variable.

IF THE ODDS CHANGE AFTER YOU BET, YOU HAVE THOSE NEW ODDS.

I.e. If I bet on NiP now, then it turns into a 60-40 for C9, I will have those new odds.

Turns out I didn't bet big on NIP as I thought I had, it was VP, and by big, I am far from talking about betting four knives. :D

You can't bet knives :D You can't bet stuff over 60 value too.

Yeah, that VP bet is quite big to be honest, just under 7 value. I bet decent on VP too.

I'm in your boat tbh. I never spent 1p on cases/keys/skins. Over 5 value is quite big for me, I'd say over 2 is quite decent :D

Also, a small not for you guys. You don't get the same item you bet (if you win). if you bet a gun with stickers/name tag etc. you will not get the exact same one back. You might get one with no stickers. On the other side, you might get one with stickers when your guns had none.

AK skins are better than stickers! At least I can trade AK skins!

Stickers dont add value then? digi did well, this helps the case for c9 to win I think.
Shame the odds have swung too much to make them the underdog as they still must be vs nip?

Different strategies I think as the crouch relies on some awesome spray to kill everyone AD burst for me

The CZ? I have a Fuschia FN for my CZ, so that will just go into the betting section :P It is FT, which ain't great. I have 20 guns in my returns atm. Have 4 more on VP to beat LDLC.

Stickers/name tags add no value at all. Even when trading. The gun is taken at face value.

Can you not bet returns? Or is this your first bet?

you can buy a bot for $2 if you really want. Or at least wait till the VP game starts. People are rushing in to put their final bets on VP and the bots are loaded. Try as soon as the VP game starts/bets for VP close.

You lot got me twitching and thinking about changing my sticker to Cloud9. I still believe in NIP. At Winter DreamHack last year I was glad to see them lose in the final. Get Right in his pre final talk was asked what he would do to prepare, watch replays of FNATIC's play? And he said, "No, watch replays on my highlights." Ha. :D
No I will stick with NIP, I am back in love with them. Go Ninjas!

WHAT?! That USP-S shot was incredible! INSTANT Hacks call.

LDLC was favorite for this map and VP gave them a good run for their money. VP should win on Mirage, and Nuke is equal, maybe a bit VP sided.
